Integration Bridge Share Feature

Share Integration Bridge allows users to easily share a created Integration Bridge (IB) with user groups, enabling collaboration and reusability across teams. 

Share Integration bridge Feature has the following characteristics: 

  • Enables users to share an Integration Bridge with one or more user groups.  

  • Allows users within the same user group to access and collaborate on the shared Integration Bridge. 

  • Makes Integration Bridges visible and usable to the selected groups for execution, monitoring, or reuse. 

Share Integration bridge behaves as follows: 

Once a user has created an Integration Bridge, they can share it with other groups through below mentioned steps: 
   
Login to the eZintegrations Platform.  

  1. Navigate to the Integration Bridge section from the left-hand menu.  

  2. Locate the Integration Bridge you wish to share.  

  3. Click the “Share Icon” on the right side of the Integration Bridge entry.  

  4. In the Share Integration Bridge pop-up:  

    • A list of available User Groups will be displayed.  

    • Select one or more groups you want to share the IB with.  

  5. Click the “Save” button to confirm sharing.  

  6. The Integration Bridge is now shared with the selected groups. 


Note: Integration Bridges can only be shared by their respective owners.
