Downloading Reports with Filtered Data in Bizintel360

With Bizintel360, you can download customized reports by applying filters to target the specific data you need. Here’s a simplified guide on how to do this.

Steps to Download Filtered Data

1. Navigate to Discover
   Open the side menu, select "Discover", and choose your data source. If needed, use the search bar to locate a specific index.
2. Apply Filter Conditions
   Enter your filter conditions under the widget parameters to narrow down the data. Use custom filter queries for a more targeted result. More on Filter Queries.
3. Save Your Filtered Report
   Once the data is filtered as desired, select "Save Discover" to save your customized report.
4. Access Downloads
   Go to "Downloads" from the side menu. Click on the "+" icon to add your saved report to the download list.
5. Select and Download
   Choose the saved report, adjust the size as needed, and save it to the list. You can now go to the Add/Download column to download your report in a ZIP format.
